Hi Shelley! I wanted to reach out and thank you again for helping me pare down a solid skills list. As of today, I have officially been hired! Everything I did in your course strengthened my approach, and I am so thankful to have had a team of people on my side. Thank YOU for everything you did to help! I will be starting as a Business Consultant with an education software company. I am over the moon excited, and for all intents, it is my dream job, so I couldn't be happier!​

Shelley values skills at any level, which is what makes her skills-based job coaching so valuable. As I'm looking at six figure jobs in the marketing field, I had no idea that some of my most critical skills emerged from my work as a barista and part-time pet care professional! Before I started working with Shelley, I knew I was a creative subject matter expert. After our consultation, I was able to have a more forgiving and well-rounded view of my professional life: a creative analyst driven by empathy. I've improved at presenting myself positively at networking events and in interviews. Through a skills-based evaluation, I'm able to see my real value in the workplace and in society.

Failing at her job, barely hanging on and completely lost on how to get better at it, she had extreme imposter syndrome. She was a mess of anxiety, some at job and some at life. We dealt with the job-related anxieties first and figured out within 2 chats what was going on, how to solve it, and how to immediately get better at her position!
She has now been promoted twice- from assistant investigator to trainer to Lead Investigator, her job anxiety is now gone! Her life anxiety has also decreased and she has recently become an adoptive mom!

I'm paying off debts thanks to my current job. I'm even going to more social events. Thank you for all the effort you put into thinking about other people, and for all the energy you have spent making the world a little more motivated.
