The Career Clarity Code

A program for mid-career job seekers who want to go from scattered and second-guessing to focused, clear on their next move, and interview-ready.

  • You’ve applied to dozens of jobs, but nothing’s landing, and you're ready to learn how to effectively position yourself.
  • You’ve rewritten your resume so many times (with AI, with advice, with templates) that you can’t tell what’s real or relevant anymore.

  • You know you’re capable of more, but feel trapped in a role you’ve outgrown—and unsure what else you’re even “allowed” to want
  • You’ve networked, posted, researched, and reached out… but still feel like you're throwing spaghetti at the wall hoping something sticks.
  • You’re smart, experienced, and ready to move—but the path forward feels stalled, like no one ever taught you how the system really works.

Most job seekers think the next step is to get their resume professionally rewritte-like that’s the magic bullet that’ll finally get them in the door.

But after they’ve sent out 50, 100, even 200 versions of that new resume and still hear nothing back, they start to wonder what went wrong.

And worse—they start to wonder if they are the problem.

This is what I call the Career Compass Crisis

You followed the expert advice, did all the “right” things… but now you’re stuck second-guessing your skills, your value, and your next move now that all the things you swear you qualify for are no longer an option.

Here’s what’s really going on: it was never about the resume. It’s about not knowing how to aim your skills at the right level. Most people don’t need a new resume—they need to step back and get clarity on what they’re actually great at, what kinds of roles they should be targeting, and how to connect the dots in a way that makes sense on paper and in interviews.

That’s what my system helps you do

 The Career Clarity Code

Walks you through identifying your real skillset, understanding how to position it, and showing up for the right roles with the right language—so your resume, cover letters, and interviews all start hitting the mark. No more throwing spaghetti at the job board wall to see what sticks.

Just clear direction, aligned applications, and callbacks that start showing up because you finally know why you're aiming for something - and it will come through clearer than ever to the other side.

Listen, I get you.

I remember standing behind the paint desk at Lowe’s in a standard, low-skilled retail job wondering, “How do I even get a better job?” Years later, after running a painting business that collapsed with the housing market, I found myself chasing a job overseas—and when the recruiter asked for my “skills list,” I realized I didn’t even know what that meant!

But the real turning point came later, when I read a Reddit post (of all things) from someone saying, “I have a degree and some jobs, but no skills. How do I move up?”

That was it. The whole problem, laid bare. The lightbulb lit on for me. People don’t understand their skills—because no one’s ever taught them to see what they actually know how to do.  And now? I help people name what they’re great at—so they can finally go after the roles they’re already qualified for.

And here’s the thing, my system was born in the gaps. In the pain points and fears my students told me. From my own experiences hitting that ceiling in retail after retail job.  In the late-night Reddit rants, the Linkedin “thank you for the opportunity” posts, the missed opportunities, the “you’re not quite what we’re looking for” emails, and the sheer frustration of watching qualified people get ignored while job ads spoke in riddles.

I didn’t learn this stuff from HR school or a recruiting firm—I reverse-engineered it from real-world struggle. And that’s exactly why it works. Because I built it for people who’ve been overlooked, underestimated, and talked down to. People who just need a new way to look at what they already bring to the table.

The Program

Lesson 1:

Skills Inventory

This lesson helps you get clear on everything you already know how to do, even if your work history feels messy or unimpressive.

You’ll use a structured process to pull out skills from real-life experience—whether from jobs, side hustles, volunteering, or life itself—so you can stop wondering “what do I even have to offer?” and start owning your value with no “creative editing” or fudging/embellishing anything..

Lesson 2:

Generic-izing Your Skills

Now that you've got a solid list of what you're good at, it’s time to strip off the job-specific language that keeps you stuck. This lesson teaches you how to turn hyper-specific, confining experience into versatile, transferable skills that apply across industries.

You’ll learn how to walk the line between too vague and too niche, so employers can actually recognize your value—without guessing or making assumptions. This is where your resume starts becoming a job-magnet instead of a dead-end.

Lesson 3:

Outside Skills & Field-less Strengths

Not all your strengths come from jobs—and this lesson proves that the skills you’ve gained outside of work can count. You’ll learn how to identify and include personal projects, college classes, side gigs, and self-taught know-how on your resume (without sounding like a newbie or overreaching).

This is also where we dismantle the myth that only job titles matter—because real hiring power comes from transferable skills, not where you learned them. By the end, you’ll start to see how your abilities stretch far beyond one industry or title, and that’s exactly what opens doors.

Lesson 4:

Reading Between Their Lines

This module unpacks how job listings use fancy words to describe basic skills — the same ones you already have. We’ll debunk the myth of “skill levels” as most people understand them and show how your experience stacks up even if you’ve only worked in one type of job - spotting the hidden overlap between what you’ve done and what employers say they need.

By the end, you’ll be able to read job ads with sharper eyes and start turning your own work experience into the kind of language recruiters love.

Lesson 5:

Resume Layout & ATS Mastery

Resumes don’t need colors, templates, or special fonts — they need space, simplicity, and the right skills in the right places. This module will walk you through exactly what to include (and what to skip), where to put it, and how to match your resume to the job you want — without playing ATS and AI games.

By the end, you’ll know how to build a readable, skimmable, recruiter-approved resume that makes your skills shine.

Lesson 6:

Marketing Yourself

This module helps you stop being invisible and start standing out. You’ll learn how to ethically and memorably promote yourself in spaces where self-promotion is discouraged, using clever visuals and confidence-boosting tactics that make you unforgettable — without being annoying.

You'll see how one job seeker landed multiple offers in just 2.5 weeks with his creative tactic — allowing you to think outside the common jobseeker tactics box.
